During our 4 year association Bill has assisted us in addressing shareholder issues – including formalising shareholder agreements and advising on and implementing a shareholder exit. He has supported the business by providing ongoing strategic financial and taxation advice and project managing other professional service providers in complex transactions.

Bill has also supported me an my business partner in helping us manage our own affairs – by helping us appropriately restructure our shareholding and other investments, in providing estate Planning advice, and being a sounding board on business decisions.
