When we met Bill our business was in the early stages of its evolution. Bill made sure that the group was properly structured in preparation for our rapid growth in Australia and globally and that myself and my fellow shareholder were also properly structured to achieve our long term financial goals.
Bill has been our business and personal accountant and tax advisor for the past 8 years. During this time he played the role of “CFO” until we were ready to appoint a full time person, in which he assisted. He has been on our Advisory Board and has continued to provide ongoing tax advice and accounting support in relation to our global operations. He has also provided personal taxation advice to me and my fellow shareholder and looked after our family’s taxation and financial affairs.
